Brentwood Gets First Glimpse of Windstone Homes

Southern Land Company hosted an open house at the Windstone Sales Center Sunday, April 13. The event was the first opportunity for visitors to tour several homes in the new community. Guests were treated to entertainment by singer/songwriter Jackie Wilson as well as a container gardening demonstration by Southern Land Company’s famous “flower ladies.”

Several of the Windstone homes are now available and others are in the final stages of construction. A decorated showcase home is on display for visitors to tour.

“Windstone is Southern Land’s most prestigious development to date,” said Alison Cooke, Public Relations Coordinator for Southern Land Company. “The development epitomizes luxury through its period-sensitive architecture and unparalleled beauty.”

Windstone is located on 200 acres of pristine property formerly belonging to legendary musician Eddy Arnold. Home prices range from $800,000 to $4 million. An elite selection of 110 homes will be available within the community. Townhomes, Village Homes and Boulevard Homes will all be available to suit a variety of lifestyles.

Each of the homes in Windstone will feature custom appointments and unparalleled architectural detail. Although many amenities will be available to Windstone residents, such as the residents’ club that will be located in the center of the community, the most celebrated amenity by far will be the community’s breathtaking setting among the rolling Middle Tennessee hillside.
