ArtHouse, the mixed-use development in Keller Town Center, is adding nine tenants.
The tenant mix is a collection of boutique shops that are not national chains. They include art shops, salons, a home decorating business and gift shops.
They are:
Stork Vision, a prenatal imaging business that allows expectant parents to see detailed sonograms.
Le Petit Hameau, a shop that specializes in gifts from Europe, such as hand-painted candle globes from Ukraine and ceramics from Italy.
Art251, a contemporary art store that specializes in paintings, sculptures, photography and other media.
Avalon Designs, a full-service hair salon that has long operated in Keller.
The Art Party Boutique & Gallery, which sells the work of local and regional artists, as well as leather accessories and jewelry
Girly Girl, a manicure and hairstyling salon and gift shop that hosts parties for "girls of all ages."
Joli Petite Boutique, a baby boutique that sells furniture, bedding and gift items.
ShoeString Interiors, an interior design business that sells home decor.
Sabor Cigar & Wine Lounge, a place to sip wine and smoke cigars while watching sports.
The space at ArtHouse drew a lot of interest from retailers, according to Nashville-based Southern Land Co., which is developing and leasing the project.
"After only four months of actively marketing ArtHouse, we have executed leases for more than 40 percent of the available retail space," Paul Neuroth, executive vice president of retail leasing for Southern Land, said in a statement. "Retail leasing at ArtHouse is ahead of projections and the caliber of tenants has exceeded expectations."
