Organizers have set a limit of only 14,000 $100 tickets for this year’s giveaway, raising $1.4 million for St. Jude. Winners of the St. Jude Dream Home house and other prizes will be drawn during a live broadcast on WZTV Fox 17 Sunday, June 17th. In addition to the house, local sponsors have donated prizes for the give-away, including a 2006 Pontiac Coupe GTO, $1,000 gift card courtesy of The Factory at Franklin, his and her watches courtesy of Crown Jewelry, a custom Club Car golf car courtesy of Tennessee Golf Cars and Club Car Inc., bedroom set courtesy of American Signature Furniture and a host of other prizes.  One in 500 entrants will win a prize!

Amy Grant and Vince Gill are the co-chairs for this year’s Dream Home giveaway. “Vince and I are excited about being involved in the Dream Home campaign,” said Amy Grant. “St. Jude is an amazing organization and Westhaven is a unique community. For the two to come together and provide a home for a family while raising money for St. Jude is a win/win for all.”

Westhaven is a Traditional Neighborhood Development located on Highway 96 West in Franklin (www.westhaventn.com).  The 2007 $600,000 Dream Home is being constructed by SLC Homebuilding and marks the company’s third Dream Home to be raffled in the Nashville area. Proceeds will go directly to St. Jude to provide life-saving treatment for children stricken with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.  “We are very proud to be the builder of the St. Jude Dream Home in Middle Tennessee,” said Chris Bove, EVP of Southern Land Homebuilding.  “It’s a great honor to be working with Amy and Vince.  We think that with their help, we can meet this goal and raise more money than ever before for the hospital.”
