Brentwood Gets First Glimpse of Windstone Homes - Monday, May 05, 2008

Southern Land Company hosted an open house at the Windstone Sales Center Sunday, April 13. The event was the first opportunity for visitors to tour several homes in the new community. Guests were treated to entertainment by singer/songwriter Jackie Wilson as well as a container gardening demonstration by Southern Land Company’s famous “flower ladies.”


Windstone Sales Office Relocates to the Showcase Townhome - Monday, April 14, 2008

The Windstone sales office is being relocated from its current location at the entrance to Windstone to the Showcase Townhome on Thursday, March 17th. The Showcase Townhome is located at 6114 Pleasant Water Lane. The sales office hours will remain the same. They are Monday through Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm and Sunday’s 1:00pm-6:00pm.


Windstone Open House Tour Set for April 13th - Wednesday, March 26, 2008

You won’t want to miss this first time event at Windstone, Brentwood’s premier new community by award-winning developer Southern Land Company on Sunday, April 13th from 1:00-4:00pm. When planning for Westhaven was under way, Southern Land Co. spokesman Jim Cheney was tasked with coming up with unique street names for the community. He drew his inspiration from his personal interest: literature. Soon, streets with names such as Kerouac, Tennyson and Yeats will be home to Westhaven residents.


After long wait, Windstone finally on its way - Monday, January 14, 2008

The first residents have moved into Windstone, a Brentwood neighborhood that is planned to be a "crown jewel" of upscale housing but that has been beset by delays.

John and Peggy Crunk moved into one of Windstone's townhouses just two days after Christmas.
