The Westhaven Town Center will bring the commercial, office and retail components to Westhaven, Southern Land Company’s 1,500 acre traditional neighborhood developement (TND) in historic Franklin, Tennessee.

With nearly 275,000 square feet of commercial space, the Town Center will serve as an entertainment, shopping and day-to-day lifestyle center for residents of the community as well as outside neighborhoods.

Positioned alongside a 11-acre lake, with an outdoor promenade, planned tenants for the Town Center will include a grocery store, fitness center, boutique shops, restaurants, coffee shops, dry cleaners and professional service organizations.  Live-work units will be placed along the main streetscape as well.

Southern Land will create cultural elements throughout the Town Center, fostering a sense of tradition and small town charm for everyone who visits.
