Doug Sharp, ASLA, CNU, manages the Town Planning Studio and directs several junior and senior planners.  Town Planning begins with the original vision for a community and creates land plan designs that incorporate time-tested principles of walkable, mixed-use neighborhoods.  Beyond the vision stage, Town Planning supports the development executives in analyzing the yield, uses and creative placemaking potential of property under development.

Town Planning is also engaged in local government relation initiatives, which primarily consist of guiding community plans through the municipal approval process necessary for the installation and infrastructure and the commencement of construction and homebuilding. Town Planning also takes responsibility for developing and delivering  site plans to civil engineering to facilitate the future delivery of lots to builders and homeowners.
