Vertis Green Hills Opens Residential Leasing Office

310 luxury apartments and penthouses now available for pre-lease in the transformative Green Hills project located at 4000 Hillsboro Pike; first move-ins expected early 2018.

Southern Land Company today announces the opening of its apartment leasing office next door to the site of the future mixed-use community Vertis Green Hills. The development will feature 310 luxury rental apartments and penthouses connected to 37,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, and 45,000 square feet of Class A office space.

The leasing office, currently located at 4004 Hillsboro Pike, Suite B-211, will provide prospective residents with the use of an interactive TV that will walk them through the community as well as view sample apartment materials, floor plans and brochures, and a physical mock-up of a Vertis kitchen. Southern Land Company has hired Kelly Lorio, as Property Manager, and Jessica Natalini, as Assistant Property Manager, to manage the project.

All Vertis apartment homes will open early in 2018 and range in size from 580 square feet to 3,456 square feet. In all, Vertis will offer approximately 40 different floor plans including studios, efficiencies, and one-, two- and three bedroom configurations. On the 17th and 18th floors, it will offer 14 penthouses of various flex configurations. Rents at Vertis will start at $1,799 per month.

Residents will have access to an 11th floor heated saltwater pool, a 12th-floor 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, an outdoor Yoga platform overlooking the pool deck, dog park with dog washing station, and a 12th-floor sky lounge. They will be able to experience the highest level of service including package concierge, reserved parking, valet parking, and other concierge services.  Vertis Green Hills presents one of the most dynamic mixed-use programs in the market, with onsite retail and dining options which include previously announced restaurants True Food Kitchen and Char as well as health facilities CorePower Yoga and SculptHouse.
