Mike Massing is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources policy, practice, and strategy, including end-to-end talent management/acquisition, total rewards, personnel development, employee relations, employment branding, and performance management of the company’s 400+ employees. He ensures there is a strong linkage between the company’s strategic goals for growth and entry into new markets and service and has a passion for increasing employee engagement and job satisfaction.
Mike has over 30 years of experience in Fortune 100 companies and small, dynamic sales environments. His prior company affiliations include GTE, Verizon, SuperMedia, and DexYP. He most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources Consulting with Treyburn Human Resources Group in Dallas, Texas.
Mike has a bachelor’s degree in operations management from the University of Evansville and an MBA from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mike also studied labor relations at Cornell University.
