Tucker Hill

Tucker Hill is an icon of traditional neighborhood design and highly diverse architecture, tree-lined streets, lush green spaces, and public spaces that bring people together. The large central fountain park is iconic in the Mckinney area and a favorite place to gather and celebrate life as a community.
Since it’s groundbreaking in 2007, Tucker Hill has focused on retaining and maintaining the area’s landscape of mature trees; adding in enjoyable amenities including a resort-style pool and Resident’s Club, a dog park and several playgrounds; and preparing for the community’s continued growth with a planned hike and bike trail in accordance with the city’s master plan. In addition, a quaint retail development, built to look as if it was once a part of the historic downtown square, is now open.
