SLC’s upcoming project at 2811 Kirby Drive marks the company’s entry into the Houston market. The site, in Houston’s Upper Kirby district and centered in the popular River Oaks neighborhood, will be home to a mixed-use project of nearly 1 million square feet. It will include two towers – one 38 stories, the other 10 stories – rising from a shared parking garage building that will also include 6,500 square feet of restaurant space. The 38-story apartment tower will feature 331 apartments and 18 penthouses. The 10-story tower will feature four stories of office space. A separate 10,000-square-foot restaurant building is also planned.
Groundbreaking is anticipated in 2026.
