Top-down employee recognition program for team members who go above and beyond in their duties or special projects. Reminders are sent monthly to managers and recipients receive a certificate from our CEO and a $50 gift card.
Peer-to-peer employee recognition program for team members performing their job responsibilities well or for making someone's life easier. Nominations are received through google forms and are awarded monthly at the SLC Connect.
An annual employee selected award recognizing a team member for demonstrating the characteristics that encompass a great SLC employee. Award season runs from January to April.
Program that recognizes an employee for having served an appreciated amount of time at the company. Recognition includes five, ten, fifteen, and twenty years with SLC.
