SLC offers top-down employee recognition programs for team members who go above and beyond in their duties or by participating in special projects.
Top-down employee recognition program for team members who go above and beyond in their duties or special projects. Reminders are sent monthly to managers and recipients receive a certificate from our CEO and a $50 gift card.
Peer-to-peer employee recognition program for team members performing their job responsibilities well or for making someone's life easier.
An annual employee selected award recognizing a team member for demonstrating the characteristics that encompass a great SLC employee. Award season runs from January to April.
Program that recognizes an employee for having served an appreciated amount of time at the company. Recognition includes five, ten, fifteen, and twenty years with SLC.

There are times when employees need time away from work. Our generous time-off plan includes vacation, holiday, and sick time, as well as short-term disability.
