On Tuesday, the Southern Land Company (SLC), a national developer of award-winning master-planned communities and mixed-use developments, celebrated the ceremonial groundbreaking of a new apartment community in the 18b Arts District in Downtown Las Vegas.
The new project will include three seven-story, mid-rise apartment buildings totaling 531,982 square feet, offering a combined 337 rental residences and 8,500 square feet of ground-level retail and restaurant space.
