Southern Land Co. VP Brian Emmons led the development of one of the city’s tallest residential buildings

Brian Emmons may be best known in Philadelphia for adding the city’s tallest residential building to its notable skyline in the form of The Laurel Rittenhouse Square, the 48-story, 65-unit, ultra-luxury condominium tower that rises 599 feet on the last piece of developable land in Rittenhouse Square. While this accomplishment is significant, and The Laurel has proven to be successful since opening in 2022, The Laurel is just one of several transformative projects Emmons has overseen for Southern Land Co. (SLC) in Philadelphia.
