Tennessee real estate developer Southern Land Co. has opened 148 luxury units in its newest apartment complex in downtown Charleston.
Society, located in the Ansonborough neighborhood of downtown, spans 167,000-square-feet and is located at 31 Laurens St., according to a news release.
