For the last few years, the mantra for much of the real estate industry has been “survive until ’25.” But DFW, not to be outdone, didn’t stop there. It dared to thrive. As optimism builds for the office, industrial, retail, and multifamily sectors, the key players in DFW’s commercial real estate landscape have hit the ground running.
This was evident in the number and caliber of nominations in D CEO’s 2025 Commercial Real Estate Awards program. It took D CEO editors multiple judging sessions to study the entries and select 106 finalists in 22 categories.
