A pricey new luxury rental development in Garden City has now leased more than half of its apartments.
The four-story, 183,000-square-foot building, which brought 150 apartments to a 4.5-acre site at 555 Stewart Ave., opened in January and has leased 55 percent of its units, according to a statement from its Nashville, Tenn.-based developer Southern Land Company.
