The club living-inspired master-planned community is developer’s first in Tennessee’s fastest-growing city

Southern Land Company (SLC), a Nashville-based national real estate developer of award-winning master-planned and mixed-use communities, celebrated the grand opening of Fairington, its new 373-acre club living-inspired master-planned community in Nolensville, on Saturday, October 18.

“Fairington’s grand opening is especially meaningful as our first homeowners move into the community this month,” said Brian Sewell, SLC President and COO. “From the moment we break ground to well after families settle in, we are intentional about every detail and decision in our neighborhoods. We have demonstrated this in our other Williamson County communities, and now we are thrilled to share how we have tailored our approach specifically for Nolensville.”

Upon completion, Fairington will consist of more than 700 homes, bringing new housing options to Nolensville, which was named Tennessee’s fastest-growing city earlier this year. Fairington will feature single-family residences and townhomes in various sizes and architectural styles. All homes are designed by SLC’s single-family architecture team and built by SLC Homes, the company’s homebuilding division. Signature features throughout the community include welcoming front porches for relaxing and gathering with neighbors, sidewalks along every street, and meticulously curated landscaping by SLC’s landscape architecture team. Home prices start in the mid-$800,000s.

Fairington’s grand opening included the debut of the community’s first model homes available for prospective homebuyers to tour and discover the excellence in design and construction that will define the neighborhood.

“Our new model homes represent a tangible expression of our vision for Fairington,” said Sewell. “We want prospective homebuyers to walk through the homes and experience firsthand the level of quality they will discover when they come home to Fairington.”

In addition to original design and quality craftsmanship, a guiding component of SLC’s vision for Fairington is imaginative club living. As such, Fairington homeowners will enjoy a state-of-the-art residents’ club (with construction beginning later this month) featuring cardio, movement, and strength studios; a teaching kitchen; a craft & create room; and more inside. Outside, Fairington residents will enjoy event lawns; a basketball court; tennis and pickleball courts; a resort-inspired swimming pool with a water slide; fire pits; a dog park; and 160 acres of open green space, parks, and walking trails.

As community and connection are the foundation of all SLC communities, Fairington will also feature a dedicated community lifestyle manager who will plan special events and everyday programming for homeowners. Additionally, portion of the community will serve as the site for a future public elementary school for Williamson County Schools.

Fairington’s grand opening festivities drew prospective homebuyers and community members who enjoyed live music and fare from local food trucks while exploring the community. Lawn games and other outdoor activities, including a pumpkin decorating station, gave attendees a glimpse into the community-focused programming that will be a hallmark of life at Fairington. The community’s sales team was available to answer questions about home inventory, pricing, lifestyle-enhancing amenities, and SLC’s vision for the neighborhood.

Model homes are open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. Additional model homes are planned for the community.

Fairington adds to SLC’s portfolio of master-planned communities nationwide, including:
