Nashville-based Southern Land Co. is making strides toward the finish line of its master-planned community in Nolensville.
Southern Land broke ground on the over 700-home community in November 2023 and hosted its grand opening event for the 373-acre master-planned development called Fairington on Saturday, according to a news release.
