After years of planning, Nashville-based real estate developer Southern Land Company broke ground April 14 on a new development that will feature two towers and 15,000 square feet of ground-level restaurant space.
“Not only are we sitting in the middle of River Oaks, which is arguably one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in the country, the tenant demand and the amount of calls that we’ve fielded over the last several weeks … is unbelievable,” said Ryan Barbles, managing director of Stream Realty’s Houston office. “We know there’s going to be a tremendous amount of success in this project.”
