Southern Land Company’s First Full-Service Restaurant Opened September 16, Featuring Upscale Italian Menu and Curated Beverage Program
Today, Nashville-based Southern Land Company, a vertically integrated, national real estate developer of award-winning mixed-use and master-planned communities, announced that its highly anticipated first full-service restaurant, Lupo Notte, is now open at Southern Land Company’s flagship mixed-use community and headquarters, Vertis Green Hills (2035 Richard Jones Road).
Lupo Notte offers upscale Italian favorites, including house-made pasta, pizzas, daily specials, and entrees featuring locally sourced ingredients, all in a stunningly designed space with natural light and refined contemporary decor.
Guests at Lupo Notte can expect to start their meals with shareable plates like the signature Lupo Meatballs made with ground wagyu beef, Italian sausage, and veal before moving on to fresh main entrees like the snapper in a tomato broth, creative house-made pasta dishes like sweet corn-filled Agnolotti, and 12-inch Neapolitan-style pizzas made with 48-hour fermented dough that range from classic Margherita to Soppressata with Calabrian honey. All Lupo Notte’s pizzas are prepared in a state-of-the-art, three-deck oven designed to maintain optimal temperature, yielding crisp pies.
Lupo Notte’s curated beverage program features Italian-inspired craft cocktails and an expertly curated international wine list, with a strong representation of Italian varietals selected to complement the menu.
Lupo Notte is open daily for dinner service, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Lunch service is slated to commence in October, and online ordering will become available later this fall.
