Southern Land Company (SLC), a national real estate developer of award-winning mixed-use developments and master-planned communities, today announced Broadway 10 Bar & Chophouse (B|10) as the anchor tenant on the ground level of its much-anticipated luxury apartment community, Deco, located at 969 Commerce Street in downtown Fort Worth. Deco is slated to open to residents in March 2024, and B|10 is set to make its grand entrance into the Lone Star State at Deco in late 2024.

B|10 is a modern chophouse that promises an unparalleled dining experience, marrying the rich history of Fort Worth with a contemporary culinary vision. Owned and operated by the esteemed Oklahoma-based Provision Concepts, B|10 is the brainchild of seasoned restaurateur Jeff Dixon. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering top-tier dining experiences, Dixon is eager to bring the vibrant energy of B|10 to the heart of Fort Worth.

“We are thrilled to bring Broadway 10 Bar & Chophouse to Deco in downtown Fort Worth,” said Dixon, founder and CEO of Provision Concepts. “Our goal is to seamlessly blend the elegance of urban dining with the rich cultural heritage of Fort Worth. Broadway 10 is not just a restaurant; it’s an experience that focuses on our relationships with our guests.”

Situated on E. 9th & Commerce streets amidst the downtown skyline, B|10 will pay homage to Cowtown’s cattle-driven legacy. The 8,500-square-feet restaurant will feature an exquisite menu showcasing hand-cut steaks and seafood grilled to perfection over a blend of pecan, oak, and hickory woods – a nod to the flavors that surround Texas cuisine.  Hand-rolled sushi will freshen up guests’ offerings, complemented by a wine and cocktail list sure to impress.

The ambiance at B|10 will set a new standard apart from the traditional steakhouse, bringing in contemporary sophistication. Floor-to-ceiling windows and an inviting atmosphere will make it the ideal destination for not only residents of Deco, but for locals and visitors alike. The restaurant will also offer various options for private and large party group dining, ensuring that every celebration is elevated to an unforgettable experience. B|10 will perfectly complement Deco’s style and distinction and be a unique addition to the area’s vibrant restaurant scene.

“Broadway 10 Bar & Chophouse is going to be an exciting addition to Deco,” said Tim Downey, founder and CEO of SLC. “We planned and designed Deco to offer best-in-class experiences, and Broadway 10 Bar & Chophouse is the right restaurant partner to deliver on this. Jeff and his team are outstanding at what they do. I am proud Broadway 10’s first location in Texas will be at Deco, and I look forward to enjoying many meals there.”

In addition to downtown Fort Worth, B|10 plans to open a location in the Cherry Creek neighborhood of Denver, Colorado, in late 2024.

As the first residential tower in downtown Fort Worth in more than 30 years, 27-story Deco will offer residents an unparalleled living experience that will set a new standard for downtown living. The 300,000-square-foot building features a collection of 302 spacious and sophisticated one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes and penthouses designed to merge refined comfort with striking modern conveniences and amenities.

Pre-leasing for apartment homes at Deco is set to begin later this month. More information about pre-leasing and the living experience at Deco is available at www.deco969.com and will be detailed in a forthcoming announcement.
