An expanding master planned community north of Denver will soon feature a food and wine destination.
Nashville-based Southern Land Co. recently announced its nearly 800-acre community of Westerly will debut a commercial space that will include a market and restaurant led by Denver-area hospitality operator Dustin Chiappetta.
