On a Friday night in the summer, you can find Tim Downey on the front porch of Ching Asian Bistro in Westhaven’s Village Center.
He sits with a view of Magli Green, Westhaven’s lakefront park, and soaks in his surroundings: kids running around, people on paddle boards or kayaks and neighbors gathering around the town center.
