Juliette Luxury Apartments Begin Pre-Leasing in White Plains

A new luxury home apartment community has arrived in White Plains. Juliette, the nearly 335,000-square-foot building, features a collection of 177 sophisticated rental residences. The project is part of Southern Land Company’s (SLC) — a national real estate developer of award-winning mixed-use developments and master-planned communities — $100 million investment in White Plains. Juliette is SLC’s third luxury home community in New York, following two successful communities on Long Island.
