Becca leads People & Culture initiatives for SLC’s growing team nationwide, including enhanced employee experiences, HRIS integration and automation, and workforce planning and development. Since joining the company in 2002, Becca has been instrumental in shaping and championing the organizational structure and culture, with a strong focus on advancing SLC’s mission to create the extraordinary.

Along with her team, Becca partners strategically across the company to foster a collaborative work environment that maximizes opportunities for success and streamlines efforts.

Becca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Louisiana, Lafayette, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute.
