With an extensive background in financial management and leadership, Brian oversees financial reporting, treasury, insurance, budgeting and forecasting for SLC’s multiple corporate entities and operating divisions, which complement and support the company’s portfolio of single-family, multifamily, and mixed-use communities.
Brian’s professional history spans more than 30 years and includes numerous senior leadership positions with companies across the country, including real estate investment and development firms. Most recently, Brian served as Vice President of Finance for the Kerioth Corporation, a commercial real estate and hotel developer, builder, owner, and operator. He started his career with Price Waterhouse and previously worked for several companies including ILM Capital and Kairos Investment Management Company.
Brian is a graduate of Baylor University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Taxation. He is a CPA and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
