In her role as Vice President, Capital Markets, Bridget manages all debt and equity for SLC as well as investor relationships and communications for each of the company’s projects nationwide. Since joining SLC in 2021, Bridget has helped facilitate the financing of SLC’s mixed-use development at 1620 Sansom Street in Philadelphia and has been instrumental on several financing projects for SLC’s mixed-use and multifamily projects in New York and Nevada, and for SLC Homes, the company’s in-house homebuilding group.
Bridget has 18 years of banking expertise, specifically in the real estate sector. Before coming to SLC, Bridget built her professional portfolio with Fifth Third Bank, starting as a commercial credit analyst and working her way to SVP, Commercial Real Estate Director. While at Fifth Third Bank, Bridget worked on large real estate financing transactions, strengthening her ability to build strong relationship strategies, which she now uses to help SLC manage funding for its project portfolio.
