Charles is responsible for leasing and programming all current and future commercial and retail properties for SLC nationwide. He executes the company’s strategy of incorporating and designing carefully merchandised retail and commercial spaces within development projects to provide highly synergistic experiences that promote community, lifestyle, entertainment, and convenience while maximizing investor returns.
Charles has received many accolades throughout his career, including the Nashville Business Journal’s CRE MVP for Retail Properties honor. He has been recognized as a CoSstar “Power Broker for Retail Properties” for more than 10 consecutive years. Charles has served on numerous real estate panels and is regularly published in industry trade magazines as a retail expert.
