In her role as CFO, SLC Holdings, Larissa is responsible for portfolio-wide tax compliance, financial operations for SLC’s retail and hospitality portfolio, and all of SLC’s holding company activities. With over 25 years of experience in real estate development and finance, she brings a global focus to financial initiatives across all single-family and multifamily development activities.
Larissa joined SLC in 2015 as Chief Accounting Officer and has served several roles throughout her tenure, touching nearly every facet of SLC’s financial operations.
Prior to becoming part of the SLC team, Larissa spent 15 years with a homebuilder and developer in Pennsylvania, focusing on single-family homebuilding, in-house commercial construction, and real estate development activity, including horizontal land development, multifamily apartments, retail, and storage facilities, in PA, VA, WV, MD, and NJ. Larissa is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and has earned the AICPA’s Certified Global Management Accountant designation. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Black Hills State University, followed by a Master of Legal Studies in taxation from Washington University in St. Louis.
