As Senior Vice President, Construction, Matt oversees all construction activity for SLC’s multifamily and mixed-use project portfolio. He leads a team of construction managers, project managers, estimators, and support personnel that manage internal and external construction and preconstruction activities. With nearly 25 years of experience in design and construction, his leadership ensures efficient and timely delivery of each SLC Community while preserving quality and architectural integrity.
Matt’s extensive background in construction includes managing numerous multimillion-dollar projects throughout the mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. Prior to joining SLC in 2024, Matt spent a combined total of 20 years managing at-risk construction projects for regional general contractors. His experience also includes several years as a construction manager for a large educational institution providing comprehensive leadership for a portfolio of nearly 50 active projects, as well as several years as a practicing architect.
Matt is a licensed architect in Pennsylvania, a member of the American Institute of Architects, a LEED Accredited Professional with the U.S. Green Building Council, and holds OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification.
