Yetta leads all aspects and functions of SLC’s expanding luxury multifamily and mixed-use business, including our active communities and projects in various phases of development and construction nationwide. She oversees the deployment of exceptional property management services to ensure residents of any SLC Community enjoy an incomparable living experience.
Yetta brings nearly three decades of experience in finance and asset management to the role. Her professional background includes a decade with PGIM Real Estate, where she served as Head of Multifamily Asset Management for the company’s equity platform. She also held various key roles at JPMorganChase. Yetta started her career as a CPA in Deloitte’s Real Estate Group.
Yetta holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baruch College. She serves as Vice Chair of Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Multifamily Silver Council, is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), and is a LEED Green Associate.
Yetta is based in SLC’s New York office at Rockefeller Center.
