Restaurateur and Chef Michael Schulson has finalized a cuisine and chef for his forthcoming concept opening at new The Laurel residential tower overlooking Rittenhouse Square.
The restaurant, announced in September 2021, has brought on Chef Konstantinos Pitsillides as chef and partner and will serve “pure Mediterranean food,” according to Pitsillides.
