Southern Land Company, a real estate developer based out of Nashville, Tennessee, is planning a 1,271-acre master-planned community and private golf club in Chatham Park. The community outside Pittsboro will include an 18-hole course, a 9-hole short course and training and practice facilitates designed by prolific golf course architect Tom Fazio.
