Deco - Luxury Apartments Forth Worth

Twenty-seven-story Deco is the first high-rise multifamily project in downtown Fort Worth in more than 30 years. It features 567,000 square feet with 302 for-rent one-, two-, and three-bedroom rental residences and penthouses, eight floors of above-grade parking, and abundant resort-inspired amenities. Additionally, Deco includes retail and restaurant space on the first floor, which will house Texas’ first Broadway 10 Bar & Chophouse (B|10), a modern chophouse with an exceptional menu of hand-cut steaks, grilled seafood, and hand-rolled sushi. B|10 is anticipated to open in early 2025.

Deco affords residents convenient access to dining, shopping, entertainment venues, parks, and transit, including Fort Worth Central Station.
