Twenty-seven-story Deco is the first high-rise multifamily project in downtown Fort Worth. It will feature more than 300,000 square feet with 302 for-rent efficiency, one, two, and three-bedroom rental residences and penthouses, eight floors of above-grade parking, and abundant resort-inspired amenities. Additionally, Deco will include retail and restaurant space on the first floor.
Upon completion, Deco will afford residents convenient access to dining, shopping, entertainment venues, parks, and transit, including Fort Worth Central Station.
Deco is currently under construction and will welcome residents in 2024.
