The mixed-use, high-rise development, which will bridge the Dilworth and South End communities of Charlotte, is expected to include approximately 300 luxury rental residences and elevated outdoor amenity decks. It will also be home to an expanded and enhanced Tyber Creek Pub—a longtime neighborhood favorite.
Groundbreaking is anticipated in 2024.
