This project will feature two luxury high-rises, bringing 438 rental residences to downtown Sacramento, where luxury high-rise living currently does not exist. Future residents will enjoy living in a prime, walkable, downtown location, just 0.2 miles from Golden 1 Center. Both buildings will feature ground-level retail space.
Construction is expected to begin in 2024.
