SLC’s upcoming project at 2811 Kirby Drive marks the company’s entry into the Houston market. The site, in Houston’s Upper Kirby district and centered in the popular River Oaks neighborhood, will be home to a mixed-use project of nearly 1 million square feet. It will include a 38-story luxury apartment tower with 312 apartment homes and 18 penthouses, a fitness center, spa, and garden on the seventh floor. Additionally, the project will feature a four-story, 83,000-square-foot office building that will house 16,500 square feet of ground-level restaurant space and 1,000 square-foot outdoor seating area, and an additional 10,000-square-foot free-standing restaurant building.
Groundbreaking is anticipated for summer 2024. The project is expected to be completed in 2027.
