Located in the burgeoning 18b Arts District in Las Vegas, this mid-rise, 337-unit multifamily project will offer locals and newcomers alike an alternative way to experience living in Las Vegas. Designed to emphasize an artful, modern living experience, this project will offer a variety of rental residences, immersive amenities, and engaging onsite retail.
The project will include three seven-story apartment buildings totaling 531,982 square feet with 8,600 square feet of ground-level retail and restaurant space. Studio, one- and two-bedroom residences ranging in size from 585 to 1,254 square feet will be available. Shared residential amenities include a two-story fitness center, pool and spa, co-working space, library, rooftop amenity deck and outdoor lounge with fireplace. Additional communal amenities and services will include a concierge, multiple courtyards, dog park, resident lounge, outdoor grills and bars, virtual reality room and a shared 353-space concrete garage with EV charging stations.
Construction began in late 2023. The project is expected to open to residents in 2025.
