Second penthouse at Rittenhouse Square’s Laurel lists for $18M

A penthouse on the 47th floor of Rittenhouse Square’s Laurel condominium building is being listed for $18 million as developer Southern Land Co. continues to shop the $25 million top-floor unit.

The unit, which had not been previously publicly listed, occupies the penultimate floor of the 3-year-old building. It spans 8,700 square feet and comes with a pre-determined floor plan. Plans call for five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two powder rooms, along with multiple living, outdoor and entertaining spaces.
