San Diego-based general contractor T.B. Penick & Sons topped off Las Vegas’ first all-for-rent apartment tower Capella this month, developer Southern Land Co. announced last week.
Upon completion, the 22-story Capella in the city’s Symphony Park neighborhood will encompass 272 residences, including one- and two-bedroom homes and penthouses. Offering expansive views of the Strip, downtown and the surrounding mountains, units will feature movable kitchen islands, premium finishes and smart home technology. The building also will include approximately 16,250 square feet of retail and dining space.
