The number of millionaires renting homes in Philadelphia has more than quadrupled in recent years, according to a new report.
As of 2019, there were just 22 millionaire households in the Philadelphia market that were renters, a number that ballooned to 102 as of 2023, according to a recent report from RentCafe analyzing U.S. Census data. The leap in Philadelphia was the eighth largest in the nation during that timespan and coincided with a surge of new luxury apartments in Center City.
