A new residential development called Fairington is now open in Nolensville.
The 372-acre community from Nashville-based real estate developer Southern Land Company offers more than 700 homes, with nearly half of the land reserved for green space. It also includes a village center with 15,000 square feet of commercial space. The real estate developer is also behind Franklin’s Westhaven development.
