Just across the street from Auric Symphony Park, SLC is building a five-story mid-rise multifamily project and 22-story high-rise mixed-use project, currently known as Bria and Capella, respectively.
Bria, the mid-rise, will feature 275 apartment homes, ranging from studios to one-bedroom. Residences will feature high-end fixtures, pendant lighting, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and smart home technology.
Capella will be the first luxury high-rise apartment building in all of Las Vegas. It will consist of 272 residences, including studios, one- and two-bedroom residences, and penthouses. Like the residences of the mid-rise, the high-rise will feature high-end fixtures, pendant lighting, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and smart home technology, as well as movable islands. The high-rise will feature approximately 16,250 square feet of commercial space.
Each project will boast attractive amenity collections, including a resident lounge, concierge service, state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studio, dog run, bike storage and tune shop, swimming pool and hot tub, and pool lounge with an outdoor bar, TVs, and grills, just to name a few.
Construction is currently underway on both projects. Bria and Capella are expected to open to residents in 2025.
