Nashville-based Southern Land Company has purchased the 16.35-acre Lincoln College of Technology campus on Gallatin Avenue in East Nashville with plans to redevelop it into a mixed-use community set to include 800 multifamily homes (apartments and live-work residences), 150 single-family homes (cottages and townhomes) and about 300,000 square feet of commercial space.
