Lisa oversees property management strategy and operations for SLC’s luxury multifamily and mixed-use communities. She focuses on building high-performing teams, establishing consistent operational standards across the portfolio, and driving a culture of excellence that elevates the resident experience at every touchpoint.
Lisa brings 20 years of combined experience in property management and hospitality to the role. Her professional background includes a decade with Cushman & Wakefield, where she most recently served as Executive Managing Director, leading operations, client care, and development for a 40,000-unit region across several major markets. She also held leadership roles with Texas-based developers Westwood Residential Companies and JLB Partners. Lisa began her career in hospitality with Marriott and IHG, where she developed a passion for service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Lisa is based in SLC’s Plano, Texas office.
