Tony serves as SLC’s National President of Homebuilding, where he leads the company’s growing home construction portfolio in master-planned communities in Tennessee, Texas, and Colorado, as well as in newer markets. Based in the company’s Plano, Texas office, Tony draws on over 30 years of homebuilding experience to develop and maintain high-performing teams while scaling production and sales.
He joins SLC from Highland Homes, where he spent his entire career, starting immediately out of college and rising through various roles, most recently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure, Tony launched Highland Homes’ Houston market from the ground up, growing production to 1,000 homes annually, before going on to lead statewide operations producing more than 4,000 homes each year.
Tony earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Oklahoma and completed Stanford University’s Executive Development Program in 2025.
