Nashville-based Southern Land Co. plans to enter the Houston market for the first time with the development of a nearly 2-acre mixed-use project at 2811 Kirby Drive.
The company aims to construct a 36-story high-rise apartment tower alongside a 75,000-square-foot office building. The project is scheduled to break ground in spring 2024 and will be situated between Montrose and River Oaks, near the intersection of Kirby and Kipling Street.
