Bria Symphony Park and Gemma will introduce more than 600 new luxury residences steps from the city’s most celebrated cultural and creative destinations

BRIA SYMPHONY PARK

Bria Symphony Park (briacapella.com) is a five-story, 275-residence luxury rental residence community offering pet-friendly studios, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes ranging from 570 to 1,297 square feet, with total monthly rents, inclusive of mandatory fees, start at $1,953, with utilities based on usage.

Designed by GDA Architects (now part of KTGY) of Dallas, Texas, Bria brings bold, energetic modernity to Symphony Park. Residences feature high-end finishes, including pendant lighting, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and smart home technology.

Bria offers an extensive amenity collection designed for luxury living and community connection, including:

  • Resort-style pool with outdoor cabanas, hot tub, and a pool lounge featuring an indoor/outdoor bar, TVs, jumbotron, and grills;

Gemma (gemmalasvegas.com) is SLC’s first multifamily community in Las Vegas’s eclectic and fast-growing 18b Arts District. Designed to be a residential sanctuary where residents discover the art of balanced living, Gemma offers 337 luxury one- and two-bedroom apartment homes ranging from 585 to 1,254 square feet, with total monthly rents, inclusive of mandatory fees, start at $1,872, with utilities based on usage. Comprised of three seven-story buildings, Gemma is planned for a phased opening, beginning this spring.

Gemma also includes 8,500 square feet of ground-level restaurant and retail space.

SLC’S GROWING LAS VEGAS PORTFOLIO

Bria and Gemma mark the latest additions to SLC’s expanding Las Vegas portfolio. The company has been a pioneering developer in Symphony Park since opening Auric Symphony Park in 2021, which brought 324 luxury apartments to the neighborhood. With the additions of Bria, Capella, and Gemma in 2026, SLC will deliver 884 new luxury apartments to Downtown Las Vegas, bringing its total Las Vegas portfolio to 1,208 residences across four communities.
